ASG Services’ focus on providing their customer with the most suitable product has led to the development of rack end products, designed to offer all types of benefits for an area of a storage facility which is often not utilised in the most effective way.

ASG have created several practical products, all manufactured from a durable and flexible canvas material which make rack end products light weight and easy to handle. In addition we have the ability to supply the products with additions for identification and small storage purposes.

The ASG Rack End Cover is hung from the top of racking and is secure down the two lengths, covering the rack end entirely, so product and racking is literally covered from view. Designed to help improve safety, identification and general appearance of a storage facility, the rack end covers are manufactured in any size and with a multitude of accessories which include:

• Aisle marker,
• Load notice,
• Fire exit signage,
• General facility information boards,
• Stretch wrap holders,
• Corporate ID,
• Bespoke designs, and
• Comes in 26 colours.

The Rack End Covers offer restraint to products which may become dislodged high in the racking, usually out-of-sight, and help to prevent product falling, harming those unaware below. Other benefits include large ID placements and the provision of reference points for site and materials information.

ASG Services’ Rack End Waste Collection Bags are produced using the same materials and techniques, again they are attached to the end of racking with the purpose of providing a local facility to store waste temporarily reducing down time and improving tidiness.

The bags are seam welded which is the most durable form of creating joints and seals with this material which offers incredible strength. Complete with two eye holes on the rear cross section, they are hung using chain, rope or similar which offer a flexible form of fixing. This is essential as the Rack End Bags would be emptied on a regular basis.

The Rack End Bags can be supplied with vinyl lettering to identify recyclable and general waste or simply to say ‘waste’ so people know what they are to be used for.
